Processing & Delivery
* All vanities are handcrafted after your order is confirmed.
* Estimated delivery time is 14–21 working days from the date of order confirmation.
* Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered through our trusted furniture transportation partners.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the product at the time of delivery.
Packaging
Our products are transported using protective furniture packaging to minimize transit damage.
Please note:
* We do not provide sealed packaging.
* We do not provide decorative or gift packaging.
* The product is dispatched through our transportation partner as soon as it is ready.
Mandatory Delivery Video
To protect both our customers and SHE, it is mandatory to record a continuous, uninterrupted video from the moment the delivery vehicle arrives until the product has been completely inspected.
The video should clearly show:
* Product condition upon arrival
* Entire unpacking process
* Any visible damage or missing parts
This video is required for any replacement request.
